About The Program 
Santoor Scholarship Program, launched in 2016-17, is a joint initiative of Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting Group (WCCLG) and Wipro Cares, that intends to support young women from disadvantaged backgrounds who wish to pursue higher education after grade 12. 

The annual recurring program supports the selected students until they complete their undergraduate programs. The financial support provided may be utilized for education and allied expenses. Currently, the Santoor Scholarship Program is available exclusively for women students in Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, and Telangana.  

We are proud to announce the launch of the ninth edition of the Santoor Scholarship Programme for young women. Over the past eight years, the program has supported more than 8000 students to continue their higher education in sciences, commerce, arts (humanities)
The programme will offer scholarship support to 1,500 women students in 2024-25 across Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, and Chhattisgarh. Each selected student will receive an amount of of INR 24,000 per annum until the completion of their degree programme.

Priority funding is offered to students hailing from aspirational (backward) districts of these states.

Open to young women from underprivileged backgrounds residing in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, and Chhattisgarh.

Applicants must have:

passed Class 10 from a local government school.

passed Class 12 from a government school or junior college in the academic year 2023-24. 

enrolled in a full-time graduate programme starting in 2024-25

This application page is for the ‘Santoor Scholarship Programme’ for the year 2024-25. The scholarship is available to girl students pursuing higher education after Class 12 in any discipline of a minimum three-year duration. 
Eligibility Criteria: The Santoor Scholarship programme is available to students from Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, and Chhattisgarh only. Applicants must have:
Passed Class 10 from a local government school.
Passed Class 12 from a government school or junior college in the academic year 2023-24.
Enrolled in a full-time graduate programme beginning in 2024-25.
Applications that do not meet these prerequisites will be rejected.
Wipro Cares reserves the sole right to offer the scholarship and also has the right to modify/reject/withdraw and/or discontinue the offer without assigning any reason. No other body/agency is authorized to make any offer on the Santoor Scholarship. 
Submitting an application does not guarantee that the scholarship will be awarded.
